The communication error is a normal error appearing on the Laser printers, mostly when trying to print a color document or scan picture. You will receive a message saying "communication failure: the computer is not able to communicate with your printer".
To eliminate this error you will need to try these suggestions: As the message says it is an internal error, you can try and reset the printer, to do so, turn OFF your printer and unplug it for about 30 minutes.
Then, plug the printer back and turn it ON, check the state of the printer if the error is still present you might want to use a different power cable to connect the printer and even try a different outlets connector.
If the error still persists the solution, for now, is to connect your printer wireless and then contact the customer service of the manufacturer to help you fix this error.
