Program to reset the Epson Stylus C92 printer

This post will help you reset the Epson Stylus C92 printer in some easy steps.

The Epson Stylus C92 printer is an efficient printer which can print photo and documents of high quality. One of many advantages of this printer is the fact that it uses individual Epson ink cartridges, and can print paper size letter, legal (21,6 x 35,6cm), A4, B5, A5, A6, report, executive, statement, user-defined: (8.9 to 21.6 cm) x (8.9 to 111,7cm) Envelopes: No. 10, DL, C6 and is compatible with operating systems * Windows 98SE, Me *, 2000, XP, and Vista Edition XPx64 Mac OS X 10.2.8.

The four individual ink cartridge compatible with this printer is Epson cyan 73, Epson magenta 73, Epson yellow 73 and Epson black 90.

Before starting with the reset process, please make sure there are no other printers connected to the computer as the time of the reset. Only the printer needed to be reset must be connected to the computer and turn ON.

Step No.1
After downloading the file, you will need to decompress it by using Winrar to see how to perform a decompression you can check the following instruction see image below.

Step No. 2

After decompressing the file, double-click on the program file that has shown on the following image. Run the file by double-clicking on the right mouse button.

A message will let you know that the program is free, just click on ACCEPT.

In the next step, choose the option "SELECT" on the top right. see image...

Next, a window will appear you will have to select the port, click on AUTO SELECT option and click OK see image below.

Step No. 6
In model name, the name of the printer we are trying to reset will appear, and then leave Destination as shown and for the port leave the default AUTO SELECTION.

After clicking OK,  the window with auto selection will disappear and the main program Window will stay in place then you will need to select the option Particular Adjustment Mode. view image.

Step No. 7
In this steps, you have to be very careful and select the right option mentioned. Selecting the wrong option can seriously damage your printer by deleting the configuration.

Select the Waste Ink Pad Counter and click on OK to continue.

This option will completely reset the printing pads of your printer as brand new.

After selecting this option, click on OK.

Step No. 8
Click on CHECK to verify that everything is working perfectly, click on SET and then on INITIALIZATION. When the process is complete click on FINISH, turn the printer OFF wait about 30 seconds and turn it back ON the page counter will be resumed check the image below.
