How to scan a document using Windows 8

With this post, you will learn to scan a document using Windows 8 operating system.

Scanning a document using the Window 8 operating system is an easy task to do, you do not need to be a computer geek to scan a document. 

To scan a document you will need a computer connected to the scanner of course and install the driver necessary. With the Pain program, you will be able to modify the image and choose the format needed while scanning a document.

To access the paint icon from your desktop computer, please follow the steps below:

• Click on applications.
• Next type Paint on the search box
• Click on File and then click on From Scanner or Camera
• Select the printer or scanner needed then click on Ok and Scan.

Using Windows 8 can configure the scanned images below a list of the settings you can make to an image.

Picture: color, grayscale, black and black
Text: color, grayscale, black and black

- Custom settings
* Adjust contrast or brightness
* Resolution (75 to 4800 dpi, within the limits of the scanner model)
* Picture type (color, grayscale, black and black)
