In this post, we will show you how to make a color copy using a multifunctional printer, this process is not difficult especially if you still have the printer manual.
Most multifunction printers have a series of buttons on the panel, check the image below and locate the number 1 and 2 in the picture to see the colors button and the black button.
As seen in the above picture, we have marked the picture with two numbers, the number (1) represents the black copies button and the number (2) represents the color copies button.
Scanning and making a copy of a document is approximatively the same procedure, the only difference is when you scan a document you can adjust the document as you wish but making a copy you will not be able to adjust anything, you will get the document as it is.
To make a color copy of a document, please place the document under the lid then press the copy button, in this case, you want a color copy, therefore, you should press the copy color button.
