Place the cartridge into a flat surface where you can easily refill it, then slowly remove the sticky label where the color and the number of the cartridge is written. Do not discard this label because you will put it back at the end of the process.

Fill the three syringes with 5ml of ink each. We recommend only using this quantity of ink on this particular cartridge. And, always remove the air inside the syringe before refilling it.

After refilling the cartridge, please put the sticky label back to the cartridge as it was in the beginning.
Then put the cartridge back to the printer and print some test sheets.
Notes:
Let the ink cartridge rest for a few minutes before putting it back in the printer. This will allow the sponge inside the cartridge to absorb the ink.
2. Clean the contacts on the printer as well, exactly where they come in touch with the ones on the cartridge.
3. If it does not solve the issue, leave the cartridge out of the printer and keep the printer turned off for 2 hours. You may place the cartridge back in the printer after this time has passed.
