Learn how to eradicate the B200 error message from your canon printers in two different ways by reading this brief post.
In this post, we talk about the B200 error message in the Canon printer and how to solve it. The B200 error message is a very common error appearing when the printer works on several documents at the same time. The heat sensor installs measure the temperature of the printhead; when the printhead overheats an error message will appear on the screen of the computer or the printer.
Here we will show you two different solutions to eliminate this problem: A simple and short solution and a more complex one. The first solution is the easiest one to apply but both will lead you to remove this error.
The first potential solution: You will need to remove the ink cartridge from the printer for about an hour, then turn the printer OFF and move the entire ink cartridge carriage to the center and unplug the printer power cable. By disconnecting the last cable and removing the cartridges will help the printer cool down, unplugging the printer power source will stop the electricity from reaching the printer.
If you are unable to perform these tasks, the heat may damage the cartridge and burn the printer contacts. To learn how to clean these contact, please read this post. If your case is different and more exclusive, please contact us by leaving a comment in the section below this post.
If on the other hand, you applied this same procedure on your printer and your ink cartridges keep having problems, then the contacts on the cartridges could have burnt out. Please look at the following picture to locate the contacts on your ink cartridges.
The second potential solution: The printhead in your printer and the ink cartridge carriage have a very close relationship. We have found out the carriage cartridge can sometimes contribute to the printheads getting covered in ink; if this is your case, please read the following post to learn how to fix this problem.
