Most of the time when this error appears people usually think the printer does not recognize the ink cartridge, after trying to make the printer recognized the ink cartridge and the printer still does not print then we are looking at severe error as the damaged electronic circuit.

To avoid damaging your ink cartridge electronic circuit, please always turn the printer off before removing or replacing the ink cartridge. Once the printer is turned off, you can safely replace the ink cartridge.
